Plain English summary: You use BlogSprint to generate blog content for your store. You own everything you publish. Don't use it for spam or illegal content. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service. Subscriptions renew monthly and you can cancel any time.
By installing the BlogSprint for WooCommerce plugin, installing the BlogSprint Shopify app, creating an account, or using any part of the BlogSprint service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These terms apply to the BlogSprint WordPress plugin, the BlogSprint Shopify app, our backend API service, and this website (collectively, the "Service").
BlogSprint is an AI-powered content generation service that reads your store's product data and generates blog posts using third-party large language model APIs (OpenAI and Anthropic). Generated content is delivered to your store for your review and publication.

The backend API service, your account, and subscription are governed by these Terms regardless of which platform you use.
To use BlogSprint you must provide a valid email address. For Shopify merchants, your store owner email is obtained automatically via the Shopify Admin API during installation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API token and for all activity that occurs under your account.
One account may be connected to multiple stores, subject to the site limits of your plan. You may not share accounts between unaffiliated organizations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
BlogSprint offers a free plan and paid monthly subscription plans (Starter, Professional, Agency). Plan features and post limits are as described on the pricing page and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
Each plan includes a monthly allocation of post generation credits. Credits reset on your billing anniversary date. Unused credits do not roll over to the following month. Credits are consumed when a post generation request is successfully completed by our backend — not when the post is published.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Upgrade page within the app or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your account reverts to the free plan immediately. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
For WooCommerce subscriptions billed via Stripe, we offer refunds within 7 days of initial purchase if you have not generated more than 5 posts. Contact support@blogsprint.io to request a refund.
For Shopify subscriptions, refunds are handled in accordance with Shopify's billing policies. Contact us at support@blogsprint.io and we will work with you to resolve billing issues.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect.

You may use BlogSprint only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Service to:
You own the content generated through your use of BlogSprint. We claim no intellectual property rights over posts generated via our service.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy of all AI-generated content before publication. AI-generated content may contain errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies. We strongly recommend reviewing all generated posts before publishing them to your store.
We do not guarantee that generated content will rank in search engines, drive traffic, or meet any specific quality standard. AI writing quality varies and is affected by the quality and completeness of your product data.
You are responsible for complying with any applicable laws or platform rules regarding disclosure of AI-generated content. We do not add AI disclosure notices to generated posts automatically.
By using BlogSprint, you grant us a limited license to read, transmit, and process your store's product data for the sole purpose of generating blog posts on your behalf. This license terminates when you disconnect your account, delete the plugin, or uninstall the Shopify app.
You represent that you have the right to share this product data with us and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights or agreements.
The BlogSprint name, logo, website, and backend service are our intellectual property. The WordPress plugin code is released under the GPL-2.0+ license. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks or proprietary technology beyond what is necessary to use the Service as intended.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will be accurate or suitable for your purposes. AI models used by the Service are provided by third parties (OpenAI, Anthropic) and we cannot guarantee their availability, performance, or output quality.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BLOGSPRINT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold BlogSprint harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee any specific uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates, or temporary suspensions with or without notice. We are not liable for losses caused by service downtime.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if we determine that continued service poses a risk to us or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by emailing you. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tennessee.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BlogSprint regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
